CNT dispersion technology for ultra-low-resistance plastics

The hard part of working with CNT (Carbon Nanotube) is dispersion. Eight years of R&D went into solving it — and everything we make is built on that work.

OUR TECHNOLOGY

Uniform CNT dispersion in polymers

Carbon nanotubes are the highest specific-strength material that can be manufactured, but they clump, float as dust and resist mixing. Our team developed a process that disperses CNT evenly through the polymer, building a continuous 3D conductive network at low loading.

The result: conductive plastics on par with leading US and Korean grades, in a dust-free pellet any moulder can use.

CASE IN POINT · HEATING FILM

Melt-compounded, not coated

Because the CNT network sits inside the polymer rather than on top of it, our film heats evenly, bends without cracking and does not decay over time.
